The design and production process requires four stages:

Quotation

Establishing costs and timelines is an important part of the process. We supply free of charge quotations itemising all components of the project requested by the client along with their relative costs. We may also suggest for client consideration, optional elements that may be required to improve the quality of the project. Along with these prices, we include a time estimate for project production.

Design

When it comes to design we are a team with the ability to create effective ideas or new branding styles for your company projects. Alternatively if your company already has an existing brand style, we can work with you to ensure consistency of your branding throughout all the services we offer.

When we design and produce a project for our clients, we supply at least 2 initial design concepts for our clients consideration. Design modifications can be made to a chosen design based on client feedback. Secondary design concepts are then approved ready for the artwork production process.

Artwork Production

In the artwork production process timelines are established and adhered to ensuring efficient project turnaround. The final artwork is created from the chosen design and drafts of the artwork are sent to the client in pdf and revisions are made if required.

Print Production

We prefer to oversee all print production processes to ensure the final job is of the best quality. The digital proofs and press checking procedure is recommended to ensure the final printed product is of the highest standard. We give our clients the option of managing their own print production process if desired and we are happy to give any advice to our clients in relation to their own print production processes.
